Should you choose to become a lender, your loan amount is secured by a registered mortgage over real property. In a typical private lending situation the Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) will be approximately 70%, whereby the higher the LVR the more risk involved for the lender the greater the return. All loan documents and security registration are carried out by a panel solicitor who specialises in the field, ensuring your mortgage is secured the best possible way. Solicitor fees are then paid for by the borrower.
